Below is the link to an iStop Motion video made using with sticky/post notes. I really like this iStop Motion as it is really creative and i like how they have used sticky notes to make all the different objects and shapes. Overall i really like this Stop Motion video and i am thinking about making my istop motion video assessment a bit similar to this.

Animating My Face Task
This week we had to animate an iStop Motion of ourselves saying our own name, in my case 'Hello my name is Sascha.' I took a video of myself saying this in iStop Motion then transferred these pictures into animation-ish. I think overall i did a good job considering its my first time animating a face, but next time i will try not to move my head around too much whilst animating my face.

Stop Motion Animation
This animation 'In Your Arms by Kina Grannis' is one of my favourite animations that I've seen, the background was made entirely out of jelly beans and was made using iStop Motion. I really liked this animation as i thought it was a really creative way to use Stop Motion. I liked that they had used jelly beans for the background as it was different and no one else had really done it before. I also like how it was a music video as it incorporated music into there animation, although it would have been hard work and probably would have taken a long time to film and put together. Overall i really like this animation and its one of my favourites that i have seen. The link to this video is below.

Animation
This term in Media we are learning about animation and iStopmotion. We have learnt some different types of animations such as a traditional animation (hand drawn), an example of this would be the old disney animations such as the old Mickey mouse animations shown below.
Another animation we've be learning is the Stop motion and Clay animations, an example of both of these would be the series of Wallace and Gromit as the characters are made from clay and iStopMotion is used in the making of the movies. The Wallace and Gromit animations are shown below.
Another example of an animation is a cut out animation (made from cardboard, paper or stiff fabric). An example of this type of animation would be the original TV show South Park as the originally used cardboards for their characters as shown below.
The last animation technique we learnt was sand animation (made by sand usually covering a sheet of glass). An example of a sand animation would be the worlds largest animation called 'Gulf' as it was made with sand, as shown below.
