Avatar Assignment

I have officially decided to base my avatar on travel, as i love to travel and learn/do different things that i cant always do at home. I want to use this as my avatar's personality to show a part of my own personality. I think i am going to put a picture of me in front of different places/historical artifacts around the world and change my shirt to a print of a world map, to show my personality of how i love to travel around the world.

Character Profile

Above is my character profile for my avatar project that i am doing as an assignment. I have decided that my avatar will be based on my personality of traveling and how i love to travel around the world.

Emma Watson

Above is my before and after project of Emma Watson, when we removed her blemishes and dark circles from her face and under her eyes. As you can see i have removed some blemished from her forehead. The purpose of this project was to teach us how to remove blemishes and imperfections on peoples faces. Creating the idea of being perfect.

Emotions

My first emotion is excitement, you can tell the person is excited from their facial expressions for example the raised eyebrows, the open mouth which signifies happiness, the wide eyes and low jaw.
These 3 people below are displaying this emotion as they have all these characteristics of excitement.

My second emotion is worried, you can tell the person is worried as they have a sad, distressed or frustrated look on their face and are usually touching their face, head or forehead. The three people below are displaying the worried emotion as they are all touching their face and look either sad or under pressure.

The third emotion i chose was angry, the characteristics of anger usually include a screwed up nose, eyes and forehead, serious eyes, furrowed eyebrows, pursed or clenched lips and sometimes an open mouth if the person is yelling. The three people below show the emotion of being angry as they all have furrowed eyebrows a screwed up face face and serious eyes.

What is an Avatar?

1, An avatar is an icon or figure representing a particular person in a computer game, internet forum, etc.

2,  An avatar is something used to represent you in an online environment. This is usually in the form of a small picture.

3, In computing, an avatar  is the graphical representation of the user or the user's alter ego or character.

4, An avatar is the embodiment of a person or idea. However, in the computer world, an avatar specifically refers to a character.

This was my first ever photo shop piece that my entire class made. The animals we used were a tree frog and an emu, as you can see it has the face and body of a tree frog and the beak/mouth of an emu. It took a while to get it looking realistic as the beak was a completely different colour compared to the green tree frog. In the end i think it worked out quite well, above is the finished result.

My Flower Brush Tool

In Media we were taught how to make your own brush tool and we had to designed our own brush. Below is the brush that i made called the Flower Brush.
